This page describes how the PulseCanna marketing website handles information. It is a plain-language placeholder, not a substitute for a full legal review.

What this site is

These pages explain our product and let you request a demo. The site is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript, hosted on Netlify.

Demo request form

When you submit the demo request form, the details you enter—name, work email, company, role and message—are sent to our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores the submission and passes it to the PulseCanna team. We use those details only to respond to your request and, if relevant, to schedule a demo or follow up about PulseCanna.

Age verification

This site is intended for professionals age 21 and older. If you confirm you are 21+, we store a simple flag in your browser’s localStorage so we don’t ask again on every visit. That flag does not identify you and never leaves your device through this site’s code.

Hosting and logs

Netlify may collect standard server and CDN logs (for example IP address, user agent and requested URLs) for security and reliability. Those practices are governed by Netlify’s own privacy policy.

Third-party resources

None. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to other companies while you read it.

What we don’t do on this site

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers.
• We don’t publish a “trusted by” logo wall or named operator case studies.
• We don’t invent metrics or claim medical outcomes.

Product privacy

If you become a PulseCanna customer, handling of operational data inside the product is covered by separate agreements and policies—not this page.
